It all began in 1998 when Marco Deluca arrived in Marco Island, Florida with nothing but a family recipe, a secondhand pizza oven, and an unshakeable dream. His grandfather had taught him that marcos pizza was never just food — it was a gathering, a celebration, a piece of home carried across generations.
Marco opened a modest 12-seat shop on Collier Boulevard, serving marco pizza made with hand-stretched dough, slow-cooked sauce, and imported cheeses. Word spread quickly. By his third year, lines stretched around the block every weekend.
Today, Marcos has grown into Marco Island's most-loved destination — but the soul remains unchanged. Every pie is still made the way it was on day one: with real ingredients, real care, and a genuine passion for feeding people well.
